How long does it take to receive an order?

What happens if no one is home?
No worries—if the parcel is small enough, it will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, it will be held at your post office for pickup.
I entered the wrong address—what should I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll update your information. Otherwise, per our Terms of Sale, once an order has left our warehouse, no changes can be made.
Is your site secure?
This site is 100% secure. The site runs over HTTPS (you’ll see the padlock in your browser). Unlike many sites that secure only the checkout, all pages here are secured. For payments, we use Stripe and PayPal, recognized leaders in online transaction security.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit/debit card or PayPal. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.
What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we’ll refund the full item price once it arrives back with us. Returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping is paid by you. Please email us proof of postage as delivery confirmation.
